Proposition – 10 year warranty on the heart of all our appliances.

After a certain amount of misleading press about the life span of their products, LG decided to combat this perception by giving a 10-year warranty on all of their appliances. As the warranty applied to the core technology of each device, it was referred to as ‘the heart’ to make it more consumer friendly.

Inspiration came from noticing how many broken appliances are just often just left on the streets in Aussie suburbs.
