HEINEKEN - APAC Recruitment Campaign - Hero film
Proposition – Let's Brew a Better World Together.
After winning the overall HEINEKEN pitch, we were tasked to create an APAC campaign that would appeal to the best and brightest graduates and mid-careerists from across the region to work for the HEINEKEN company.
We created a series of films that would be shared on social channels and were tasked to develop a campaign ‘Playbook’ that each of the many countries could use and adapt as required for their individual markets, including social ad assets and templates for press ads. We eventually came up with the overall CTA line, ‘DO SOMETHING THAT MATTERS’ which speaks to the audience on 2 levels, do something that matters for themselves, with the great opportunities at HEINEKEN, but also something that matters for the wider good, and help HEINEKEN meet it’s ambitious targets in sustainability and employees wellness.
